We live in a time where it is common to be disconnected from ourselves and bodies. Western society is experiencing an epidemic of mental health crises (anxiety, depression, burnout, eating disorders, addiction etc). We have forgotten how to slow down and come back to our body's innate wisdom. Everything you need is here in this present moment. Join me for personally curated 1:1 breathwork sessions. In these virtual 2 hr sessions we work with the breath to guide us home to our body and bring us to the present moment. What are you waiting for? Come back to your body. It has been waiting.
