    Living a fast-paced modern lifestyle can be hard on your nervous system. Somatic coaching will assist in healing your nervous system so you can live an aligned, balanced and fulfilling lifestyle with more energy to achieve your goals.

    This program was designed to support leaders in healing their nervous systems and emotional blocks while honoring the innate wisdom of the body using somatic tools so you can perform at your best and have a more fulfilling life.

  • Bi-weekly 60-minute, 1:1 coaching sessions. Every other week we break down the somatic session, discuss your current challenges & learnings of the nervous system. These 1:1 sessions will be a time to educate, chat and realign with your desires for healing.

  • Bi-weekly 90-minute, 1:1 Breathwork & Somatic Sessions. These transformational sessions will be personally curated to what your nervous system needs. Expect deep healing and emotional release.

  • A clear understanding of different nervous system states, how to identify them in your own body and what to do.

  • Road map with integrative exercises to shift your system and state within 8 weeks.

  • Unlimited guidance and support via email & voxer.

  • Body-based approach to emotional healing, removing blocks and increasing your emotional/nervous system capacity.
